✅ 1. Custom-Made Products
All customized shoes are made uniquely for you. Once production begins:

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded

Design changes may not be possible after submission

Customer is responsible for selecting the correct size, colors, and design details before checkout
If your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design, we will repair, replace, or refund according to our return policy.

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if you order more than one item

We may reject designs that are:

Copyrighted/trademarked without license

Offensive, hateful, or inappropriate
🔄 5. Refund & Return Policy
Custom-designed products
Because your shoes are custom-made for you:

❌ No returns
❌ No exchanges
✅ Exceptions only if the product is defective or incorrect due to our error
If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
Non-custom items
If available, returns/exchanges follow the standard return policy listed on product pages.
