💳 Refund & Return Policy

Custom Orders

Because our shoes are custom-made to your design, we cannot offer refunds or returns for changes of mind, incorrect design choices, or sizing issues once production has started.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, we’ll remake or refund your order at no extra cost.

To request a review, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Pre-Designed & Ready-to-Buy Items

For non-customized shoes, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
